Curriculum developed specifically for the physical, emotional, and social maturity of the Pre-school/K student
Class structure consists of:
- Focus, Control, and Memory drills
- Development of fine Motor Skills with Fitness, Balance, and Coordination Techniques
- Drills encouraging students to Adapt to a Structured Environment
- Basic Martial Art Techniques taught in a Fun, Easy-to-Learn format
Dragons
5-6 Year Olds
Curriculum developed specifically for the physical, emotional, and social maturity of the Kindergarten and First Grade student.
Class structure consists of:
- Understanding the concept of Teamwork
- Drills to develop Self-Control and Self-Discipline
- Age-Appropriate Physical Fitness, Agility, & Coordination Exercises
- Basic Self-Defense and Forms training
Eagles
7-11 Year Olds
Curriculum is designed to develop and expand on eight
fundamental skills: Teamwork, Discipline, Focus, Control, Memory, Balance, Fitness, and Coordination.
Class structure consists of:
- Martial Art forms, Self-Defense and Sparring. Techniques taught in a safe, fun, and educational format
- Sport Specific Training tips for activities outside the Dojo(karate school): Football, Basketball, Soccer, Running
- Stressing the importance of academic progress and how it relates to total well-being and a balanced lifestyle
Teens
12-16 Year Olds
Class structure consists of:
- Kickboxing, bag work, jump rope, shadow boxing, kick and strike training
- Routines using the three components of fitness:
- Cardiorespiratory Endurance
- Muscular Strength and Endurance
- Range of Motion (Flexibility)
- Traditional Martial Arts presented in a format which enables the student to understand the theory behind the movement
Black Belt Training
7-16 Year Olds
The Black belt training program is an advanced training program consisting of Self-Defense Techniques, X-treme Martial Arts training, Competition Forms, Presentation Skills, Board Breaking and Weapons training with the following: Bo Staff, Filipino Stick Fighting, Nunchacku, Kamas and Sword.
Young Masters
This program is for black belts and those going onto second, third degree and beyond. This class consists of intensive training methods that include: core work, speed training, advanced kicking methods, self defense concepts/theories and much more. The focus of the weapons and sparring portion of class is geared towards competition level performance.
